Shipping & Delivery Policy

At WSG Waterproofing Solutions ("WSG", "we", "our", "us"), we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently throughout Australia. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, responsibilities, and important information regarding freight services.

1. Shipping Services

WSG partners with reputable Australian freight and courier providers through Transdirect to deliver orders Australia-wide. Depending on the size, weight and destination of your order, deliveries may be completed by a range of national and regional carriers.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

For deliveries to remote, regional or offshore locations, additional freight charges and longer delivery timeframes may apply. Where applicable, we will contact you prior to dispatch.

3. Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of payment.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or outside normal business hours will be processed on the next business day.

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, processing times may vary during peak periods or due to supplier availability.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Metro Areas: 1–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, public holidays, peak freight periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Freight Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors including:

  • Delivery location
  • Product dimensions
  • Weight and cubic volume
  • Residential or commercial delivery requirements
  • Special handling requirements

Any applicable freight charges will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

6. Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of ordering.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery details are supplied, additional redelivery or return freight charges may apply.

Large or heavy items may require assistance for unloading. Customers should ensure suitable site access is available for delivery vehicles.

7. Authority to Leave

Where an Authority to Leave (ATL) is provided by the customer, WSG and its freight partners may leave the goods at the nominated delivery address without obtaining a signature.

Once goods are delivered in accordance with the customer's Authority to Leave instructions, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer. WSG is not liable for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

If no Authority to Leave is provided, a signature may be required upon delivery.

8. Inspection of Goods

Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

If any products are damaged, incorrect, or appear incomplete, please notify us in writing as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs where applicable.

Failure to report transit damage promptly may affect our ability to lodge a freight claim with the carrier.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the freight carrier.

While we will assist in resolving delivery issues, WSG is not responsible for delays caused by freight providers, weather events, industrial action, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Delivery Failure and Returned Goods

Where delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address information;
  • Failure to collect goods from a depot;
  • Restricted site access;
  • Refusal to accept delivery; or
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts,

the goods may be returned to WSG or held by the carrier.

Any additional freight, storage, redelivery or return-to-sender charges incurred will be payable by the customer before the order is re-shipped.

11. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.

Ownership of the goods remains with WSG until full payment has been received and cleared.
