An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when products are dispatched.

WSG accepts no responsibility for losses arising from incorrect installation, misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

10. Returns & Refunds Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

WSG Waterproofing does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or surplus materials ordered, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product specifications and quantities before placing an order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during transit, incorrect, or does not match its description, please contact WSG Waterproofing within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

Upon assessment, WSG Waterproofing will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

• Products must be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.

• Products must not have been installed, used, modified or damaged after delivery unless the fault relates to the product itself.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

WSG Waterproofing reserves the right to inspect returned products before determining the appropriate remedy.

Special Order & Custom Products

Products specially ordered, custom-made, cut-to-size, tinted, modified or manufactured to customer specifications cannot be returned for change of mind and may only be returned where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, WSG Waterproofing will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For any approved return not related to a product fault, the customer is responsible for all freight and handling costs.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including:
